Front page Ranua’s Municipal Strategy Ranua’s Municipal Strategy Date: 1.3. –16.5.2022 Strategies and programmes MDI supported the municipality of Ranua in its strategy update process. The work provided surveys for residents, stakeholders, staff and trustees. MDI designed and organised a series of workshops for the management team, board and council members. These stages of work laid the groundwork for a draft strategy. MDI finalised the contents Ranua’s Municipal Strategy in cooperation with the municipality’s staff. In addition, MDI, based on the discussion of the municipal leadership team and the board’s evening school, drew up a plan for strategy implementation and communication.
