Front page Preparation workshops for the Päijät-Häme Regional Strategy Preparation workshops for the Päijät-Häme Regional Strategy Date: 2.9. –31.10.2024 Strategies and programmes Workshops, webinars, lectures, camps In Päijät-Häme, a regional strategy and programme were developed based on the region’s long-term strategic guidelines. The regional strategy specified objectives related to regional development and their implementation. The main goal of this work was to support the Päijät-Häme Regional Council and the region’s stakeholders in visioning. During the process, MDI prepared and facilitated discussions among the region’s key stakeholders in three workshops. Through interactive work and dialogue, a shared understanding was formed of the region’s current situation, future challenges, and opportunities, as well as a common vision for development towards 2030.
