Front page References Knowledge management training for local government pilot schemes on employment Knowledge management training for local government pilot schemes on employment Date: 8.12.2020 –31.12.2021 Workshops, webinars, lectures, camps The municipalities of the Oulu region have been selected for the local government pilots on employment which will start in March 2021. The pilots will last until the end of June 2023. There is a need for change management support in preparation for and during the pilot. One part of the transformation work is knowledge management and its development during the trial period. MDI supported the local government pilots in the Oulu region with a training package consisting of 5 training days, which focused on e.g. the intervention logic of the pilot and self-assessment.
