Implementation of the pilot: Women’s point of view adding value to municipal vitality policy

‘The Women’s Perspective on Kainuu’s Vitality Policy’ experiment was a progressive regional development pilot that investigated the root causes of women’s demographic development. In this pilot, MDI involved women in the council’s work, implemented communication content production, gathered women’s views on vitality policy, gained a better understanding the preconditions for Kainuu’s attraction and enchantment and whether women with backgrounds in Kainuu could still see themselves as multi-locational Kainuu residents.
