This supported the strategic decision-making of the wellbeing services counties, particularly in the organisation of social and healthcare services as well as rescue operations. The project was result in a concrete future outlook report that supports the strategic planning of the wellbeing services counties of Pohjois-Pohjanmaa and Lapland.
