Front page Further development and updating of the regional development information service for Vaasa Region Development Company (Vasek) Further development and updating of the regional development information service for Vaasa Region Development Company (Vasek) Date: 1.1.2021 –31.12.2023 Information Services and Data Analysis In 2020 MDI implemented a digital information service for the Vaasa Region Development Company VASEK. This service included work on the most important indicators regarding the population, employment, business activities and the regional economy, as well as the region’s attractiveness. MDI is responsible for the maintenance and development of the information service. In the information service context, informative and versatile customisable visualisations can be easily used by management and employees alike. It can also be utilised in VASEK’s ongoing communication. The information service has been implemented in cooperation with VASEK and the city of Vaasa.
