Front page Formulation of the content of the City of Seinäjoki Strategy Formulation of the content of the City of Seinäjoki Strategy Date: 1.3. –30.6.2026 Strategies and programmes MDI supported the City of Seinäjoki in shaping the content of its city strategy. MDI analysed and categorised material collected during earlier stages of the process and used it to develop a strategic framework. The framework defined the strategic priorities, objectives and indicators. The content was further developed together with the City’s core team and discussed in working sessions with both the City Council and the City Board.
