Front page References Facilitation of the Pornainen strategy process Facilitation of the Pornainen strategy process Date: 15.9.2021 –28.2.2022 Strategies and programmes MDI supported the municipality of Pornainen in its new strategy process. The work included background work on the outputs of the last council term and the background material provided by the municipality. In addition, MDI analysed an operating environment and examined the effects of the most important change factors as regards the municipality of Pornainen. The analysis was presented in a strategy seminar and the necessary refinements were made to the strategy. In the second phase, the need for changes in the organisation of municipal officials was considered, taking into account the effects of the health and social services reform from the beginning of 2023.
