Front page Ex-ante evaluation of local development strategies of Leader groups Ex-ante evaluation of local development strategies of Leader groups Date: 21.9.2021 –1.11.2022 Evaluations MDI and TK-eval carried out an ex-ante evaluation of the Leader groups’ local development strategies 2023-2027. The aim of the evaluation was to support the work of the Leader group selection committee in evaluating applications and providing developmental feedback to applicants. The evaluation was carried out in two phases: 1) Applications for the first application phase of Leader groups will be evaluated from September to November in 2021 and 2) Second-round local development strategies tentatively during summer and autumn 2022.
