Front page Evaluation of the impacts of the structural funds in Central Finland Evaluation of the impacts of the structural funds in Central Finland Date: 6.11.2018 –25.2.2019 Evaluations MDI evaluated the effectiveness of Central Finland’s Structural Fund operations on behalf of the ELY Centre in Central Finland. The evaluation focused on the ability of ERDF and ESF projects to support the implementation of the regional program and strategy, the role of the regional cooperation group and its secretariat in the implementation of the program, indicators and project application procedures, as well as the needs and impact evaluation of the structural funds in the coming years.
