Front page Evaluation of LEADER principles and governance model Evaluation of LEADER principles and governance model Date: 9.10.2018 –13.12.2019 Evaluations Workshops, webinars, lectures, camps MDI and the Ruralia Institute at the University of Helsinki evaluated the European Leader principle and governance model in local, regional and national level. The evaluation results were based on wide documentary and indicator analysis, electronic surveys, interviews, focus groups and workshops. The evaluation focused on creating insight of the functionality, value added and development areas within the Leader principles and governance model.
