Front page References Eurajoki Climate Action Plan Eurajoki Climate Action Plan Date: 2.11.2023 –31.10.2024 Strategies and programmes MDI and FCG climate specialists are working on a climate action plan, as outlined in Finland’s climate laws, for Eurajoki municipality. This plan includes an analysis of the municipality’s climate efforts and emission data, goals to cut emissions, different emission scenarios and actions to reduce them. To ensure that the plan is implemented and to monitor its implementation, a model for organising climate work will be developed which will include clear steps for public communication on climate issues. The process will actively involve municipal officials and other stakeholders through workshops at different stages. There will also be opportunities for Eurajoki to learn from other municipalities who are currently in the process of creating similar climate action plans.
