Front page Boosting of self-assessment of the rural development plan of North Ostrobothnia Boosting of self-assessment of the rural development plan of North Ostrobothnia Date: 1.1. –31.12.2018 Evaluations Strategies and programmes MDI supported the ELY Centre of Northern Ostrobothnia in the self-assessment process of the regional rural development plan during the year 2018. The process was kicked off in Rural Days 2018 event in Oulu on 8-9 February 2018, when the rural project managers were tuned into self-assessment mode through training and group discussions.
