Front page References Assessment of homelessness programmes Assessment of homelessness programmes Date: 5.12.2018 –31.5.2019 Evaluations MDI was a sub/contractor for the evaluation of three homelessness programmes commissioned by the Ministry of the Environment. The evaluation was carried out together with the Rehabilitation Foundation and Referenssi Oy. The evaluation provided information on the attainment of the goals of the Homelessness Programmes (PAAVO I&II and AUNE), the functioning of the Housing First Principle and the effects of homelessness programmes. In addition, the implementation of work designed to combat homelessness at the municipal and province levels was also examined. As a result of the assessment, recommendations were made on the issue of homelessness in the future. The evaluation was completed in April 2019. Keywords: Participation Population and migration
