Front page Analysis of Customer Flows in the Satakunta Wellbeing Services County Analysis of Customer Flows in the Satakunta Wellbeing Services County Date: 1.12. –31.10.2025 The objective of the study was to identify the spatial patterns of customer flows within the Satakunta Wellbeing Services County in order to support the planning of wellbeing services. The analysis was conducted using Telia Crowd Insights data, which provides information on mobility between different areas of Satakunta based on mobile network connections. Based on the Telia data, the analysis examined: The volume of customer flows within the region and how these volumes vary across different time periods. The direction of customer flows at the municipal level, including the municipalities from which residents travel to other municipalities to access services and the destinations receiving significant customer flows. The most significant customer flow patterns and destinations within the region. The study resulted in a separate analysis for each municipality in Satakunta, identifying the municipality’s most significant customer flow destinations as well as the key areas from which customer flows to the municipality originate. Based on these analyses, an overview was developed from the perspective of the wellbeing services county, highlighting the locations and directions of the region’s most significant customer flows.
