MDI facilitated the launch of the Valuable Work Life Process on September 11, 2012 at the Circus Hall in Paasitorni. More than 1 000 people interested in developing working life, as well as art, culture and sports, participated in an inspiring event. After the start-up event, MDI delved deeper into the development of working life by interviewing key experts and developers in the working life field. MDI analysed the offering of interviews and positioned the development work done by art, culture and sports in this field. The results were presented on December 11, 2012 in Tampere.
