Front page News News Kouvola First to Buy Vitality Rocket Kouvola First to Buy Vitality Rocket 3.11.2015 MDI worked on new products and launched vitality rocket concept earlier this autumn. Parts of the vitality rocket are vitality policy, accessibility, business-friendliness, city planning, housing and land use policies. First launch pad for vitality rocket will be built in the City of Kouvola. The result will be a concrete, concise and clear vitality program for the City of Kouvola, including road map for the main measures and development areas. The work acts as a mothership for several ongoing programmes, such as the employment program, the development measures for building competitiveness and attractiveness as well as strengthening the knowledge base for economic policy development and rural development.
