Front page News News Data Update to the City of Pieksämäki Data Update to the City of Pieksämäki 16.3.2018 In the spring of 2016, MDI made a statistical study to the City of Pieksämäki, where a comprehensive statistical analysis was carried out on changes in the population, the labour market, the regional economy and the economic structure, as well as the development patterns within the region. There were six benchmark-cities in the study. The package has been considered so functional that the city of Pieksämäki ordered an update to the data set. The output is a set of over 40 powerpoint slides that a city can use to understand development trends and to utilise in development measures.
