Front page News News Autumn brings back familiar faces Autumn brings back familiar faces 3.9.2021 In August-September, we were happy to welcome some familiar faces back into the office when experts Benjamin Heikkinen, Satu Tolonen and Niklas Aro returned to the team. Benjamin Heikkinen’s work includes a comprehensive selection of e.g. various studies and evaluations related to rural development and project funding. Satu Tolonen will continue to develop and maintain information services, complementing our information expertise while Niklas Aro is focused on work related to migration and demographic development, as well as the processing of various data sets. In the near future, we will also be able to publish recruitment news for new MDI-employees, as today the search ends for the positions of a data analyst and sales-minded municipal consultant. Multi-functional development of station areas News 28.11.2023 In the early autumn period, MDI and FCG worked on the development of the Asemanseutu project which is part of the project package – Vitality for Urban Regions. The work undertaken clarified the basic models for the multi-functional development of station areas, as well as providing recommendations for their development and financing.
