Front page News News 30.3.2015 MDI to Spar Innovation Environment in Central Ostrobothnia 30.3.2015 MDI to Spar Innovation Environment in Central Ostrobothnia 30.3.2015 Kaustinen region is implementing a KASVUINNO project (growth and innovation) aiming at designing a practice-oriented operation model for local innovation environment in Central Ostrobothnia as well as developing business services related to growth, innovation and internationalisation of SMEs as an entity. The project is partially funded by ERDF. During the spring 2015, MDI helps Kaustinen region in the development of local innovation environment, drafting a common service platform, and setting a motivating vision for the innovation services. The work includes an online survey to SMEs and development organisations, personal interviews with key people in the development organisations, and two intensive and inspiring workshops with the appointed local development team. Multi-functional development of station areas News 28.11.2023 In the early autumn period, MDI and FCG worked on the development of the Asemanseutu project which is part of the project package – Vitality for Urban Regions. The work undertaken clarified the basic models for the multi-functional development of station areas, as well as providing recommendations for their development and financing.
