MDI designed and takes part in organising INKA-camp

MDI continues to spar the preparation work of INKA programme in the metropolitan region based on the work done in September 2012 (please see the news 28.9.2012). According to the original idea of MDI, a three-day INKA-camp will be arranged to the stakeholders of the metropolitan region taking place in Finlandia Hall in week 5. More than 200 people take part in the camp. In addition to organising the camp, MDI spars the experts of Culminatum Innovation in writing and formulating the application content and texts both before and after the camp. The preliminary application of the metropolitan region will be addressed to the Ministry of Employment and the Economy by the end of February. The work was ordered by Culminatum Innovation Oy Ltd.

MDI leads the co-creative process of developing, piloting and sharing practices for wellbeing in Sustainable Cities

The challenge bundle work is the cross-cutting co-development of the “Sustainable City” programme, co-ordinated by the Ministry of the Environment, with the aim of producing and sharing information, knowledge and solutions to the challenges linking cities’ management and practice in the area of leading work towards sustainability. The work produces concrete development measures, new ways of doing things and peer learning.
