Eastern Uusimaa, locating right next to Helsinki, has developed its archipelago with a developing programme since 2012. Beautiful archipelago has enormous potential in, for example, tourism, but as a development environment it is not one of the easiest as there are growing tensions between different interests and also the development funding is in a flux. Chart will help local actors as well developers to navigate to the future. Work will be ready in March 2015.
