Front page News News 22.5.2015 MaaS Vision and Impact 2025 in Finland 22.5.2015 MaaS Vision and Impact 2025 in Finland 22.5.2015 MaaS (Mobility as a Service) has been a one of the buzz concepts for over a year now in Finland and in the World (thanks to Sonja Heikkilä’s interesting work). MaaS has a strong and wide-ranging impact on communities and on service business. MDI wil carry out a MaaS Vision and Impact 2025 in Finland study, ordered by several different organisations. Work will focus on 1) trends, 2) roles of actors, and 3) a road map. Key challenge is to clarify the understanding of political decision makers on the opportunities of MaaS, how the best possible operational platform is built and how the development of MaaS is linked to other development initiatives. Multi-functional development of station areas News 28.11.2023 In the early autumn period, MDI and FCG worked on the development of the Asemanseutu project which is part of the project package – Vitality for Urban Regions. The work undertaken clarified the basic models for the multi-functional development of station areas, as well as providing recommendations for their development and financing.
