Front page News News Impact Evaluation for Upper-Savo Development Ltd Impact Evaluation for Upper-Savo Development Ltd 18.8.2014 The impact of the Upper-Savo Development Ltd will be analysed by MDI and TK-Eval during August. MDI will act as subcontractor to TK-Eval. The focus of the evaluation is on the impacts of the Upper-Savo Development Ltd’s business services and project activities during the period 2008-2013. In addition, the Enterprise Agency’s functions are included in the analysis from 2011 to 1013. MDI and TK-Eval will dredge the collected document material and make conclusions on the basis of the analysis.
