Front page News News Satu Tolonen to dredge intelligence in MDI Satu Tolonen to dredge intelligence in MDI 15.4.2013 MDI reports – especially maps, indicators and networks analysis – will get more depth and colour with Satu Tolonen, who has been assigned as Research Designer to MDI from 15 April 2013. She will be working with demanding research tasks. She has experience in the analysis and development of network-based regional development from Ministry of Employment and the Economy in Finland, where she was appointed as a Senior Planning Officer for more than five years. Finnish regional developers and people in MDI got familiar with her especially through COCO (Cohesion and Competitiveness programme) and European regional developers and planners through ESPON.
