Front page News News MDI Provides Grants for Master’s Thesis in Regional Development MDI Provides Grants for Master’s Thesis in Regional Development 13.1.2015 MDI has opened a call for applications related to academic Master’s Thesis on Regional Development. The thesis may study e.g. municipal structure, co-operation and development of municipalities, analysis and development of regional and local innovation environments, place-based-policy in cities and in rural areas, renewal of regions and development competencies, networked regional development and leadership in networks, crowdsourcing, evaluation and impact research of regional development programmes, or new methods for development and facilitation (e.g. experimental and fast development). The applications (with research plan, CV, and transcript of records) are expected by 31 JAN 2015 at info@mdi.fi. MDI will make the decision on grants no later than 15.2.2015. MDI leads the co-creative process of developing, piloting and sharing practices for wellbeing in Sustainable Cities News 12.10.2022 The challenge bundle work is the cross-cutting co-development of the “Sustainable City” programme, co-ordinated by the Ministry of the Environment, with the aim of producing and sharing information, knowledge and solutions to the challenges linking cities’ management and practice in the area of leading work towards sustainability. The work produces concrete development measures, new ways of doing things and peer learning.
