Indicators for the Vantaa circular railway

The work evaluated the effects of the Vantaa circular railway. The evaluation took a wider perspective than the more known socio-economical point of view. MDI used its own framework that is based on an idea of a flourishing region, focusing especially on vitality, attractiveness and factors that make people want to stay in the region. The effects were viewed from the point of view of Vantaa, but on a larger scale also from the point of view of the Greater Helsinki Region.
