Developing the multiorganizational services as common processes improves the understanding of the regional service package and reduces the risk of partial optimization. MDI worked with Keuke, Development Centre Ltd. Helsinki Region North in a close cooperation to describe the business service processes. The work included days at the client, regional workshops to strengthen the common understanding, a testing day for the entrepreneurs and tailored mentorings for the business advisors.
