Ex-post evaluation of the Regional Development Programmes of Northern Finland

MDI carried out an evaluation of the regional development programs of the Northern Finland regions (Kainuu, Central Ostrobothnia, Lapland and Northern Ostrobothnia). The evaluation focused on how the regional development program work has functioned as a tool for holistic development in mentioned regions. The work was carried out in two steps: the first focused on environmental changes and on implementation of the regional development programs and the second on deepening the information and on comparing the regions.
