Front page News News MDI will draw the picture of future trends to 2050 for Helsinki Region Transport MDI will draw the picture of future trends to 2050 for Helsinki Region Transport 18.4.2017 Helsinki Region Transport (HSL) is involved in the drafting of the regional land use, housing and transport plan (MAL 2019). As part of the preparation of the plan, identification of the general future trends related to the MAL design will be based on the scenarios for the target years 2030 and 2050 of the MAL Plan. MDI supports the work of this work. Future work will be utilized in MAL 2019 planning, setting goals and impact assessments. The aim is to enable the plan to be flexible in terms of changes in the various operating environments and to direct the actions so that it is possible to choose the right actions at the right time.
