2.3.2015 MDI Develops Business Service Processes at Helsinki Region North

Well-functioning regional business services are one of the cornerstones of the development of regional businesses and vitality. Development of a service offering consisting of activities of various organisations as common process both improves the understanding of the service entity as such and also decreases the risk of sub-optimising processes. MDI has kicked off a process development project for regional business services in Helsinki Region North by the order of Keuke (Regional Development Company in the Helsinki Region North). The project includes side-by-side consulting days with the customer to draft process descriptions, a set of regional workshops to reach common understanding, and a process development day to local SMEs to pilot test the processes, as well as some tailor-made training sessions for business advisors. The work is due by the end of November 2015.
