Front page Support for the preparation of an ESR+ project Support for the preparation of an ESR+ project Date: 25.8. –30.9.2025 Strategies and programmes The city of Heinola prepared a project application for the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+) call for proposals targeting Päijät-Häme, related to the action line 4 of the Renewing and Competent Finland 2021-2027 programme. The specific objective is 4.2 New skills for working life. The purpose of the application was to find solutions to the challenging situation in Päijät-Häme, especially in the municipalities of Eastern Häme, which are suffering from sudden local structural changes.
