Front page Updating Naturpolis’s strategy Updating Naturpolis’s strategy Date: 23.9. –2.12.2025 Strategies and programmes MDI supported Koillis-Suomen kehittämisyhtiö Naturpolis Oy in updating its strategy as the previous strategy period was coming to an end. The work was carried out in autumn 2025. The strategy update was implemented as an interactive process, which included a future-oriented survey for the management teams of the owner municipalities and for local businesses, interviews with representatives of key stakeholder groups, two workshops, the first for Naturpolis’s board members and management team, and the second for the board and staff which included the updating of the strategy document.
