Front page Implementation of Inkoo’s strategy process Implementation of Inkoo’s strategy process Date: 27.8. –23.12.2025 Strategies and programmes MDI supported Inkoo in preparing a municipal strategy for the period 2026–2029. The work was carried out through a participatory process that included an operating environment analysis, interviews with key stakeholders, four steering committee workshops, a residents’ evening, a municipal council seminar, a short strategy survey for staff, and the drafting of the final strategy document. In addition, a plan was prepared for monitoring and implementing the strategy over the strategy period. The work was carried out bilingually, in Finnish and Swedish. Keywords: Municipalities Strategy
