The strategy set the area’s objectives, actions, and recommendations for its municipalities to promote employment and vitality. The drafting process built a shared long‑term vision for employment by widely engaging the partner network and committing the municipalities to common goals. A key aim was to develop a new, ecosystem‑based model of collaborative network work for employment in Pirkanmaa. Mikko Kesä Oy served as the implementation partner.
