Preparing an employment strategy for the Tampere Region employment area

MDI prepared an employment strategy for the Tampere Region employment area. The strategy set the area’s objectives, actions, and recommendations for its municipalities to promote employment and vitality.

The drafting process built a shared long‑term vision for employment by widely engaging the partner network and committing the municipalities to common goals. A key aim was to develop a new, ecosystem‑based model of collaborative network work for employment in Pirkanmaa. Mikko Kesä Oy served as the implementation partner.
