Front page Support for the Preparation of Vaasa’s Strategy Support for the Preparation of Vaasa’s Strategy Date: 15.5. –31.10.2025 Strategies and programmes MDI supported the City of Vaasa in the second phase of its mission-driven strategy process by helping define strategic goals, actions, and indicators. Building on previous analyses of the city’s current state and competitive advantages, the project provided a systematic and participatory method for making strategic choices and a facilitation framework for the city’s internal workshops. The work included designing and facilitating a bilingual council workshop and compiling a concise summary of all workshop outcomes to support the city’s continued strategic development.
