Iisalmi Operating Environment Analysis

The City of Iisalmi is preparing for a new strategy with a thorough operating environment analysis that actively involves residents, businesses, staff, and other key stakeholders in the strategy process. The aim is to analyse the city’s operating environment and identify the perspectives and needs of various stakeholder groups to ensure Iisalmi’s future success. The analysis consists of the following interlinked phases: 1) situational overview, 2) interviews with key individuals from the city organisation and central stakeholders, 3) focus group interviews (e.g. families with children, young adults, older people), 4) survey, 5) workshop, and 6) reporting and presentation of the results.
