Earlier, MDI conducted a mid-term evaluation of the implementation of Sipoo’s municipal strategy and facilitated a two-day seminar for the council based on the evaluation results. As a continuation of this work, MDI organised a workshop for the municipality of Sipoo to discuss the legacy the current council intends to pass on to the new municipal council to be formed after the municipal elections in April. The workshop addressed changes in the operating environment, highlighted successes and areas for improvement, and gathered ideas for the direction of the upcoming municipal strategy.
