Front page Strategy sparring for Keuke’s board and staff Strategy sparring for Keuke’s board and staff Date: 1.10. –31.12.2024 Strategies and programmes Keski-Uudenmaan Kehittämiskeskus Ltd Keuke is a local development company that supports businesses in seven municipalities in Central Uusimaa (Järvenpää, Karkkila, Kerava, Nurmijärvi, Pornainen, Sipoo, and Tuusula) in their development and growth. MDI has been involved in Keuke’s strategy work for many years and organised two-day strategy sessions for the company’s board and staff in November-December 2024. These sessions reviewed changes in the operating environment and set targets for 2025. A special focus theme here was the reform of employment and business services, through which responsibility for these services will shift to employment areas formed by municipalities.
