Front page Soini Climate Action Plan Soini Climate Action Plan Date: 1.1. –30.11.2024 Strategies and programmes MDI, together with FCG, developed a climate action plan for the municipality of Soini. This plan guides implementation of the municipality’s climate efforts and promote tangible reductions in emissions. To provide a background for the plan, analyses of the operating environment and emission data were conducted. Emission reduction goals and measures were developed in collaboration with municipal officials and stakeholders.
