Support for the Oulu region TE services reform 2024

 MDI has provided support for the preparation of the TE24 services reform in the Oulu region. In the initial phase of the work, interim reporting of the preparation has been taken over. From June 2023, the sparring focused on preparing for the integration of the wider employment area of 11 municipalities. The work included several sparring sessions for key preparers and a workshop for the entire employment area in Oulu. 

The goal of the consulting work was to produce an implementation plan for the preparation of the TE services 2024 reform and a service strategy to support the implementation of the reform. These were implemented, 1) by the production of information supporting the work of the working groups responsible for the preparation of the TE services 2024 reform and 2) by the support and facilitation of service strategy work based on learning dialogic workshops. 

It was deemed to be expedient to carry out the work in accordance with the call for tenders through three mutually supporting work sections. These were:
1) The planning and conceptualisation phase of the work process
2) Compilation and further processing of the material and associated data of the working groups responsible for the TE2024 reform
3) Support and facilitation of the service strategy work related to the TE2024 reform
