Sparring and facilitation of the Vantaa TE2024 reform

MDI was involved in sparring and facilitating the preparation of the Vantaa TE2024 reform. The general goal of the work is to ensure the progress of the preparation of the work sub-groups, to facilitate the mutual exchange of information and promote commitment to a common goal and to further work in accordance with it, as well as to an appropriate organisational framework in the years 2023 – 2024. MDI will help to form the common vision of the TE2024 and will participate in core tasks from the strategic starting points of the cities thus producing an understanding of the overall picture of TE2024 preparation and of the cooperation it requires. MDI facilitates the work of the work sub-groups, sparring their work by organising customised discussions with them.
