Service Experiments Designed in Network Training

MDI has supported Posintra Ltd (in Porvoo, eastern Helsinki region) in the implementation of PALO project by carrying out a network-training programme for organisations in the social and health care sectors. Training sessions earlier this year have focused on identifying the relevant network actors as well as studying the concept of experimental development. Before the summer break, the last session concentrated on designing service experiments to be implemented in the autumn. Experiments include both new services and new means in service production. During the second half of the year, service experiments will be evaluated and lessons learned to further develop the social and health care sectors in the eastern part of Helsinki region. Training programme gathers thinkers and doers in three sessions during the autumn.
