Front page News News The Regional Strategy for Lapland The Regional Strategy for Lapland 11.7.2018 The regional strategy for Lapland is being prepared during autumn 2018. MDI, together with LGR-Consulting Oy, is sparring the strategy preparation. Along with the strategy, the group structure and the strategic organization of the county are being prepared. MDI is responsible for the sparring regarding the development of areas, usage of areas, the quality of the environment and the development of the livelihoods of the area. Multi-functional development of station areas News 28.11.2023 In the early autumn period, MDI and FCG worked on the development of the Asemanseutu project which is part of the project package – Vitality for Urban Regions. The work undertaken clarified the basic models for the multi-functional development of station areas, as well as providing recommendations for their development and financing.
