As a part of the programme preparation, a workshop was organised for members of the board of Alavuden Kehitys Ltd and the city’s vitality committee. In the workshop, necessary actions and measures were identified from different perspectives, including 1. entrepreneurship and business development, 2. land use and housing, 3. education and skills, 4. tourism, culture and events, 5. villages and a sense of community and 6. communication.
