Front page References Vitality rocket Vitality rocket Date: 1.12.2015 –1.3.2016 Strategies and programmes MDI constructed a vitality rocket for Kouvola. It consisted of economic development, accessibility, business friendliness, planning, housing and land use policies. The result was a concrete, compact and clear programme for enhancing and highlighting the vitality of Kouvola that includes the most important measures and development areas. The work acted as a motherboard for several on-going programmes, such as the employment programme, development of competitiveness, attractiveness, knowledge base, economic development and rural development.
