Front page Update of the Municipality of Säkylä Strategy Update of the Municipality of Säkylä Strategy Date: 15.1. –15.6.2026 Strategies and programmes MDI carried out the strategy update process for the Municipality of Säkylä. The aim was to engage key stakeholders, clarify the municipality’s direction, and produce a clear, impactful, and practically implementable strategy. The work consisted of the following phases: project steering and background work, an operating environment analysis based on the EVP index, a futures survey, a resident and stakeholder event, a council strategy workshop, and the drafting of the strategy.
