The work emphasises the need for the creation of trust and mutual understanding between actors, as well as the definition of concrete jointly defined vitality actions. A long-term approach is created in the process by thoroughly mapping the starting situation of the working group’s activities and committing the participants to common goals. The result of the work, with the support of expert help, is the development of common principles and actions, as well as a clear and visually convincing, in terms of content, report.
