Front page The evaluation of the Tolkkupaja-project The evaluation of the Tolkkupaja-project Date: 4.10.2019 –30.4.2021 Evaluations MDI assessed the impact of the Tolkkupaja (ESF) project implemented by the City of Seinäjoki. The external evaluation structured the project’s proactive impact model, identifying the indicators and data to be monitored. The aim of the evaluation was to support the success of the project and the chances of consolidation already during the implementation phase. The success of the impact was examined in mid- to late-stage workshops of the project on the basis of the model and the selected indicators. Keywords: Culture Employment Participation
