The spear themes of the policy are land use, housing and transport, international competitiveness of the region, immigration and social coherence. MDI assessed the needs to develop the policy. The core of the assessment was targeted towards the policy approach that has been thanked for its pragmatism and focusing on essential questions. The challenges have lied in strengthening the actors and further developing the regionally differentiated policies. The work was due in February 2015. Keywords: Cities
